At Elite Cake Designs we pride ourselves on the taste of our cakes. All our cakes are home-baked using only the finest ingredients, organic where possible, and are beautifully moist. We have a variety of tried and tested recipies and are always working to develop exciting new flavours. Our most popular are:

• Delicious rich fruit cake steeped in Courvoisier brandy
• Luxury Madagascan vanilla sponge
• Sumptuous chocolate with a cherry compote, chocolate and Jamaican Rum buttercream
• Moist lemon drizzle with limoncello buttercream and optional organic lemon curd
• Moist Carrot cake filled with juicy plump brandy-soaked raisins
• Chocolate Orange and Cointreau Swirl
• Coconut with a hint of lime and Malibu buttercream
• Traditional coffee and Walnut
• Malt Whisky-infused sponge with a whisky fudge buttercream

Once you have tasted our range of flavours at your free design consultation, your only problem will be which one to choose! But don't worry - you can have a different flavour on each tier, to please all of your guests.
