What flavour cakes can I have?

You are not limited to any particular recipe, and you can have a different flavour on each tier. All our cakes are baked using only the finest ingredients and are beautifully moist. We have a variety of tried and tested recipies and are always working to develop exciting new flavours. Our most popular flavours are:

• Pink strawberry sponge with a strawberry and champagne buttercream
• Chocolate Orange sponge with Cointreau buttercream
• Jack Daniels infused sponge with a JD and fudge buttercream
• Delicious rich fruit cake steeped in Courvoisier brandy
• Luxury Madagascan vanilla sponge with raspberry compote
• Sumptuous chocolate with a cherry compote, chocolate and Jamaican Rum buttercream
• Moist lemon drizzle with limoncello buttercream and optional organic lemon curd
• Moist Carrot cake filled with juicy plump brandy-soaked raisins
• Chocolate fudge sponge with a Baileys butterbream
• Coconut sponge with a hint of lime and Malibu buttercream
• Cherry sponge with Amaretto buttercream

We also make a range of egg-free and alcohol-free flavours. Unfortunately we cannot provide dairy free or vegan cakes.
