Simply Elite - why compromise on quality?

At Elite Cake Designs we know that brides and grooms need to keep within a budget for their wedding, and we will always work with you to give you the design you want for a price you can afford. Our new Simply Elite range makes this even easier for you. By choosing from a range of simpler designs you can still have a designer wedding cake at a price which is comparable with mass-produced cakes available at high street stores, but which still gives you the personal service we are known for. We will soon be adding direct internet ordering for the Simply Elite range.

Options

Choose from:

• Stacked or separate tiers
• Square or round tiers
• Number and size of tiers (12", 10", 8", or 6")
• White or ivory icing

Each tier can be in any of these flavours:

• chocolate sponge with cherry compote and rum buttercream
• chocolate fudge
• lemon sponge with organic lemon curd and Limoncello buttercream
• vanilla sponge with raspberry compote and vanilla buttercream
• rich fruit cake with Courvoisier and marzipan

Finally add your choice of ribbon colour, and choose one of the following decorations:

• Elegant diamante brooch
• Fresh roses on top tier
• Bride and groom figures

Prices

Pricing for chocolate, lemon or vanilla sponge flavours are:

• Three tiers (10", 8", 6") - serves up to 100 : £275
• Three tiers (12", 10", 8") - serves up to 150 : £325
• Four tiers (12", 10", 8", 6") - serves up to 170 : £375

Add £25 per tier for fruit.
Servings are based on square cakes using the Wilton cutting guide - round cakes will serve less, and you may want to serve larger portions.
Pricing for the Simply Elite range does not include delivery or stand hire. Delivery and set up at your venue can be added for a charge of 90p per mile each way, from B90 2PQ. Stand hire if required is £20 plus a £50 refundable deposit.
